Community Land Service + Family Picnic

Join us for a day of land tending and family picnicking!

Please come ready to help with transplanting native plants, light to mild blackberry removal, and riparian restoration (creek cleaning!). Wear clothes you are comfortable getting dirty in and make sure to check the weather the day before. We will work rain or shine and modify our picnic in doors if needed.

If you can bring your own work gloves, and any basic tools (shears, small -medium pruners, shovel, hard rake) that's great, if not we will have some tools on hand for you to use.

Please bring water, snacks, a lunch and camp chairs for seating.

We will start our day promptly at 10:15 for circle and instructions, and plan to eat by 12:30-1pm.

Wild Cascara will provide drinking water, tea, and other warm beverages (or cool beverages depending on what we get!).
