Come join us for a Fall Equinox celebratoin out on the farm with the BEES! We will picnic by the school hosue and meet our local bee keeper Onxy of Feral Honey. Onxy does a great job of story telling about the lives of bees as well as the magical workings of these vital beings. Do you have questions you've always wanted to ask about the bees? Have you wanted to keep your own bees? Come with your curioisty and questions, this is the best way to learn as Onxy will fill your brain with some of the most amazing things to know about the bees!
Onyx and Juniper make sure this workshop is safe for everyone involved, and you can partiticapte as much as you feel comefortable being around bees. We will make sure to have a honey tasting, as well as small activites for families to make and create together. Juniper will be helping families make infused honey with medicinal plants like: calendula, chamomile, nettels, and rose for families to go home with.
Please bring a blanket, pillows or chairs to sit on, water and lunch, light snacks or what ever feels best for you and your people.
Tickets are discounted at a sliding scale fee of $20-40 per family, up to five people are included per ticket.
Please pay what you can; all funds will be going towards Onyx and her documentary projecet, Amrita.
Tickets are limited so please make sure to sign up; we will have a wait list if needed so make sure if you need to cancel you let us know ASAP so we can keep spots filled!
